About Me

I possess a passion for fitness, an expertise in strength & conditioning, and a dedication to designing program that tailor to your needs.

I started personal training in 2017 in New York City. After becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), I began working with athletes in the college division. I moved back to my hometown, Cleveland, OH, in 2021 to work at Cleveland State University. In 2023, I received my Masters in Exercise Science from CSU and became a Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (CSCCa). I currently serve as the Assistant Director of Sports Performance at Cleveland State, as well as a remote strength coach for Peloton’s Matt Wilpers’ coaching company, Team Wilpers.

I offer personal training from my home in Beachwood, remote training via Zoom or FaceTime, as well as online fitness programming.
